   a	Pneumonia Correct! This patient has pneumonia of the right lung. He was fleeing police and tried to swallow a crack vial but aspirated and got post-obstructive pneumonia.
   b	Broken clavicle Incorrect.
   c	Heart failure Incorrect.
   d	COPD Incorrect.
