Findings

This is an arterial phase CT scan. This patient has a tumor visible at this level.

  1. Can you identify the organ in which there is tumore?

    Incorrect. Try again.
    Spleen

    Incorrect. Try again.
    Liver

    Correct! This patient has a hepatic hemangioma. There is marked distention and deviation of structures within the abdomen due to the mass effect of this large tumor. You may be able to appreciate some enhancement around the periphery of the tumor. This is classic of hemangiomas.
